Pampas is a Brazilian-style steakhouse. The chef was kind enough to come out and explain to me their attention to gluten issues. All of the meats (except chicken hearts) are gluten free. The salad bar has signs indicating which items have wheat or soy sauce. They make cheese ball bread that is gluten free AND AWESOME! When I went, it was $45 for the all-you-can-eat meat and salad bar. The waiters come around with different meats until you put out the red stop sign. If you want a nice steak dinner with a variety of meats and an excellent salad/vegetable bar, this is the place to go.
