If you happen to be in Vancouver look up THE GLUTEN FREE EPICUREAN. This is an online dedicated gluten free bakery. Pre order and you can have fresh baked goodies delivered to your hotel. They have vegan and sugar free options as well. Yummy things like lemon poppy seed loaf, pumpkin bread, chewy double chocolate chip cookies, dark chocolate nanaimo bars, fudge bars, lemon bars. The banana bread is sugar free and made with coconut oil, and it is great! check out their website. http://www.glutenfreeepicurean.ca
