Backlot Express in Disney's Hollywood Studios

This is a counter-service restaurant at Hollywood Studios, nestled
between the Indiana Jones stunt show and the Star Wars Star
Tours ride. They have hamburgers and hot dogs, both available
with gluten-free buns, but the manager actually recommended
their gluten-free chicken tenders. So we went with those for our
son. They were good, albeit a bit overcooked. They came with
applesauce and an individually-wrapped gluten-free brownie from
the French Pantry (delicious). There was a salad with grilled
chicken which I think may have also been gluten-free, and that's
about the extent of the gluten-free options from that menu.
