At Oh La La Patisserie in Calgary, you can find gluten free treats. Macarons are available here, and they are made without gluten. Also, most of the conventional desserts, pastries, and cakes can be made as gluten free upon request. This bakery uses almond, rice, and tapioca flours in the gluten free baked goods. It is important to remember, though, that this is not a dedicated facility, and there may be a risk of cross contamination.
