With a wide assortment of gluten free items, El Guapo's is a
great place to get a meal while on Cape Cod. The following
items are all gluten free:
Tacos - These are served with gluten free corn tortillas, cheese,
lettuce and Pico de Gallo. The filling choices that are gluten
free are: Pork, Steak, Shrimp, Fajita Vegetables, Sauteed
Vegetables, Roasted Poblano Peppers, Mexican Street Corn,
Guacamole, Refried Beans, or Black Beans.
Burritos - Regular burritos are wrapped with flour tortillas, but
all burritos are available "unwrapped" and served as a salad.
The same fillings for the tacos are available here. The Rice is
NOT gluten free so make sure to ask for that to be left out.
Burgers - All burgers can be served without a bun and with a
substitute for fries.
Other items - Ask to hold the rice on the following: Shrimp
Skewers; Enchiladas (Pork, Cheese);
Fajitas (Shrimp, Steak), Guacamole and Pico de Gallo Salsa;
Mexican Street Corn
