Sam & Louie’s started out in Omaha, Nebraska in 1996 with one store, and we sold our first franchise in 2000. We now have several locations and will continue to grow throughout Nebraska and Iowa, and across the country. Sam & Louie’s is a casual, New York style pizzeria that is dedicated to providing a dining experience based on tradition, good service, family and fun. All Sam & Louie’s are to be operated for the enjoyment and satisfaction of our guests -- not for the convenience of the staff or owner.

Gluten Free Pizzas are offered at all Sam & Louie’s locations. In addition, there are 26 fresh toppings to choose from, as well as our delicious Specialty Pizzas and a range of salads with gluten-free salad dressings.

With vegetables and meat products as fresh and hearty as ours, it’s not uncommon for our pizza eaters to agonize over what toppings they’re going to choose. Wash it down with an ice-cold soda, a margarita, or a glass of wine. Both young and old can come to Sam & Louie’s for an afternoon or evening filled with excellent food and great memories. Everyone will enjoy the casual atmosphere and unique personality that Sam & Louie’s has to offer.
