They sold their first franchise in 1994 and have grown to nearly 25 locations throughout Nebraska, Iowa, Montana, and South Dakota. San & Louie's is s casual, Italian eatery specializing in hand-tossed fresh pizzas, calzones, strombolis, chicken sandwiches, burgers, salads, and more. Their Gluten Free Menu features gluten-free pizza crust with a wide variety of fresh pizza toppings to choose from, plus a range of salad options with gluten-free salad dressings.
