About Carrabba's Italian Grill Gluten Free Menu

High quality, flavorful, handmade Italian dishes and a gluten-free menu. Food and hospitality are the passions here, and service is engaging and generous. Authentic aromas and distinctive flavors emanate from a lively and interactive exhibition kitchen where each meal is prepared to order. Many of Carrabba’s recipes have been handed down in the Carrabba family for generations, originating from the family’s native Italy.

Carrabba's serves fresh, flavorful Italian dishes prepared from the finest ingredients sourced from around the world...from their fresh mussels rope-grown in the icy cold waters off the coast of Prince Edward Island to their Borges extra virgin olive oil imported from Catelonia, Spain. They make everything by hand in each of their restaurants every day -- from their delicious soups and flavorful sauces to their salad dressings and desserts. In addition to gluten-free appetizers, soups, and salads, Carrabba's offers a wide range of delicious gluten-free meat and seafood entrees...and now gluten-free pasta that opens up a range of pasta preparations. The only challenge will be narrowing down your many gluten-free options to just one!
