Outstanding Grocery Chain - Ukrop's

Ukrop's Super Markets is an exceptional organization. They cater to consumers with special dietary needs. They have a wide variety of Gluten-Free foods, and their grocery stores organize the Gluten-free food products in a separate area of the store.

They provide a staff of Registered Dieticians, who for a fee and by appointment, will offer nutrition counseling for many specialized diets.
They also maintain an "800" number for consumer convenience, with regard to questions.

They provide a listing of the Gluten-Free Products available at their stores; as well as a detailed ingredient list of food items included in their holiday (Thanksgiving) dinners, for which I was especially appreciative.

In my opinion, Ukrop's is very consumer-oriented and "wellness" savvy when it comes to food products and specialized dietary needs.

I would not hesitate to recommend shopping at any Ukrop's Super Market if you are in the Richmond, VA area.
