Must Try This Great Restaurant for Gluten Free in Phoenix!!
If you eat gluten free, Tryst Cafe is a must see! Tryst's slogan is
"an affaire with naturally delicious food" and that's exactly
what it is. The members at Tryst are wonderful at catering to
any gluten free needs. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease six
years ago and have had issues eating out until I stumbled upon
this excellent local family owned restaurant. Not only does the
restaurant cater to gluten free needs, it is also organic from the
food, to most of the bar drinks. Unlike many other restaurants
who offer gluten free substitutions, there is no up charge for
substituting gluten free products or any of the sides. Most of the
items on the menu can be made gluten free, and the GF bread
they offer is by far the best I have ever had. It is not dense like
most GF brands. My personal favorite entrée is their portobello
mushroom sandwich, it's fantastic! If you're in the Phoenix area
I highly recommend dining at Tryst!!
