the place to find gluten-free EVERYTHING. Also, everything in the
store is dairy free, and they have many vegan options, too. The owner herself has Celiac, and tests every
product before selling it in her store. Furthermore, everything is
locally purchased. Every Wednesday, she sells gluten-free/vegan
sandwiches, and has daily-made snacks such as blueberry quinoa
pancakes (only 65 calories each!). This is a fantastic little store,
across the street from campus, so it's perfect to grab lunch before
