I love this bakery! I've been gluten free for over a year now and as luck would have it, this bakery is a short drive from my office. I've personally never been a huge fan of carrot cake until I found Mary's. I think her Gluten free version is better and more moist than any regular carrot cake I've ever had. The same goes for the lemon bars. I was never a big fan until going gluten free. Her's are the best and I have to hide them from my husband.
